The Email Insights feature provides a comprehensive dashboard to monitor and analyse your email sending activity. It allows you to track email delivery, view trends over time, inspect individual email events, and filter data to understand performance across different email templates and providers.
The primary component of the Email Insights page is the interactive graph that visualises your email activity. There are a number of different ways in which you can view the data in the dashboard.
Overall View (Default): The graph displays the success and failed emails sent via the platform.
By Template: You can switch the graph to show email activity categorised by different Email Templates to see their performance over different time periods.
By Provider: This view segments email activity by the Email Sending Provider used (e.g., SendGrid, Postmark)
Hovering over any point on the graph reveals a tooltip with specific counts for that date. For instance, on July 2, it might show "Successful: 6, Failed: 0, Total: 6".
Below the graph, the Logs section lists individual email transaction events in chronological order.
Key features of the Logs include:
Information Displayed: Each log entry typically shows:
Timestamp: The date and time the email event occurred (e.g., Jun 6, 25, 10:35:21 AM).
Recipient: The email address of the recipient (e.g., josh@userflux.co).
Email Template Name: The name of the email template used (e.g., "Login MFA Code," "Daily Internal Report").
Status: A visual indicator or text showing the email status (e.g., "Sent").
Search Functionality:
A search bar above the logs allows you to filter the entries. For example, typing a recipient's email address or part of it (e.g., "josh") will display only emails sent to or related to that search term (0:16).
Viewing Details:
Clicking on a log entry opens up more detailed information about that specific email event .
When you select an email event from the logs, an Email Activity Details modal appears, providing in-depth information.
This modal typically includes:
Provider and Status: The email provider (e.g., POSTMARK) and the status (e.g., "Sent Successfully")
Timestamp: The exact date and time of the email event (e.g., Friday, June 6, 2025 at 10:35:21 AM)
Recipient: The recipient's email address
Template Name: The name of the email template (e.g., "Login MFA Code")
Template ID: The unique identifier for the email template (e.g., a8329c9e-2d98-4862-ba2a-e7a731cc5887)
Environment: The environment from which the email was sent (e.g., PRODUCTION)
Activity Properties: A structured view (often in JSON format) displaying key properties of the email event.
To refine the data displayed in the Insights Graph, you can use the filtering options found near the top-right of the graph area.
Date Range Override:

You can select a specific pre defined period e.g. for the last x numbers of
Alternatively you can choose a fixed date range (E.g. 24/05/94 - 22/02/25 ) or from a fixed date till today.
